Upgrade Offer for Gen I ezCAN - Get $100 off a New ezCAN Device

The latest generation HEX ezCAN devices offer a variety of improvements on the original devices including:

  • Compatibility with new ezCAN accessories and features – we have lots of exciting tech developments coming your way!
  • The latest generation of ezCAN offers 4 high-power(10A) outputs, instead of the 2x 10A and 2x 4A on the Gen I, this allows for great configuration flexibility as opposed to the preset configurations for Gen I devices.
  • New generation ezCANs offer support for two sets of individually operated lights. This allows you to change the intensity of each pair of lights individually, or even turn a pair “off” or “on” while on the move.
  • Additional support on new generation ezCANs includes:
    • Support for turn signals
    • Support for heated gear
    • Support for run/brake/turn channels
    • Support for 3-wire accessories like the Innovv K2 Dashcam
  • Expanded bike and model support: since releasing the new generation of ezCAN we support a large selection of popular BMW, Ducati, Harley Davidson, Honda, Husqvarna, KTM, Triumph and Yamaha bikes.
  • Compatibility with our ezCAN Adventure Sleeve. Designed to slip over the ezCAN device providing an additional layer of protection from the elements but more importantly, allows for the ezCAN device to easily sit or mount against the framework of the bike – thanks to it’s curved base and ergonomic design.
  • Compatibility with our current range of ezCAN Accessories and Spares including the ezCAN Extension Cable Kit add-on product, providing you with everything that you need to connect your front auxiliary lights, brake lights, and horn to the ezCAN, with additional connectors to facilitate other accessories.

In order to qualify for the upgrade please complete an Upgrade Request Form, which can be found at the bottom of this page. All fields in the form must be completed (registration email and my bike are optional) to ensure that you qualify for the offer and to provide you with the $100 discount against a new device.

This information includes:

  • ezCAN Gen 1 device serial number
  • Full Name
  • Current Email Address (for correspondence)
  • Email address used to originally register the Gen 1 device (optional)
  • Requested new ezCAN device variant

Our Sales Support Team will be notified of your request and will be in contact with you within 1 – 2 business days with a coupon code to be used on our international online store, subject to your device being eligible for an upgrade as part of the offer. Within this communication, the support team will detail your requirement to provide evidence that you have successfully and safely destroyed your Gen I device (after removal from your bike and replacing it with your new device) by cutting the battery cables (positive and negative) at the base of the Gen I device.

As a thank you to our early adopters, we are pleased to advise that all HEX ezCAN Gen I devices qualify for a $100 discount when upgrading to a new HEX ezCAN device.

  • Coupons are valid for 14 days from issue.
  • Coupons are only valid for the correspondence email address provided in the offer form request.
  • Only one coupon code is issued per ezCAN Gen 1 device being upgraded.
  • Coupon codes are only redeemable against the requested ezCAN device variant.
  • Only one new ezCAN device is supplied per Gen 1 device.
  • Shipping, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • This offer is available directly with HEX or with any HEX ezCAN official distributor participating in the upgrade program.
  • Coupon/discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  • Coupon/discount codes cannot be exchanged for vouchers or used as a discount towards any other products.
  • New ezCAN devices will be disabled should evidence not be received by HEX within 30-days (from upgrade order date) that the Gen 1 device has been destroyed as requested by HEX.
